Managed IT Services

Your IT, looked after — for a fixed monthly fee per user.

Computers, accounts, email, backup and the office network, kept running by a team your staff reach in Arabic. Monitoring happens in the background; a person comes to your office when a hand is needed.

What we take care of

Everything a small IT department would do.

One monthly fee per user covers the daily work and the quiet work that prevents problems.

Helpdesk in Arabic

A real person fixes it remotely, in your language, with the ticket history kept.

Monitoring & updates

Failing disks, expiring licences and missing updates caught before they become outages.

Security & antivirus

Endpoint protection, strong passwords, two-factor sign-in, no shared admin accounts.

Microsoft 365 & email

Licences, mailboxes, shared drives and sign-ins administered for you.

Backup you can restore

Files and mailboxes backed up on a schedule, restores tested.

Joiners, leavers & suppliers

Set up on the first morning, closed the same day. Your vendors handled on your behalf.

Packages

Two levels of service, plus care for the office network.

Per user per month, agreed in writing after the free IT check.

01

Essential

Remote care for every computer. Arabic helpdesk, monitoring, updates, antivirus, Microsoft 365 and email. On-site visits by the hour.

02

The full service. Essential plus scheduled on-site hours, tested backup, joiners and leavers, supplier management and a quarterly report.

03

Site care

Added per office. Firewall, switches, Wi-Fi, UPS and printers looked after as one network, with a monthly on-site visit.

Ask for a proposal for your users and sites

How it starts

A free IT check, then a written agreement.

A free check of every computer, account and network device: what is at risk and what the first month should fix. You receive the findings in plain language either way.

If you go ahead, a written service agreement sets what is covered, response times and the fee per user. No setup fee, no new equipment required.

What you can count on

Written down, not promised in passing.

  • Response times set in the service agreement, remote and on-site.
  • One fixed monthly fee per user. No surprise invoices.
  • Passwords, documentation and accounts stay yours, with a full handover if you leave.
  • A monthly summary and a quarterly report on the state of your IT.
  • Hardware quoted separately, never hidden inside the fee.

Who it's for

Offices that need IT to simply work.

Organisations with roughly fifteen or more staff.

Companies & head offices Professional firms Clinics & medical centres Schools & training centres NGOs & international organisations Companies opening in Syria

Why Sanarise

A team instead of a hire, at a cost you can plan.

Predictable cost

A per-user fee that moves with your headcount, no salary or emergency call-outs.

Prevention first

Most problems are fixed before anyone in your office notices.

Syrian hands

Support in Arabic, from people in Damascus who can be at your office the same day.

The whole stack

Servers, networking, licensing, cameras and access control from one accountable partner.

Documented, not improvised

Every device, account and change recorded, not kept in one person's head.

You keep the keys

Passwords, documentation and accounts stay yours, with handover in the agreement.

Most offices run their IT on goodwill: a colleague who knows computers and a technician's phone number. We replace that with a service, written down and monitored daily.

FAQ

Managed IT services — questions.

What is a managed IT service?

Instead of hiring an IT person or calling someone when things break, we look after your computers, accounts and network every day for a fixed monthly fee per user, with on-site visits in Damascus when needed.

Do we have to buy new equipment?

No. We look after what you already own. New equipment is quoted separately, like our other product lines; the fee does not include hardware.

How does it start?

With a free IT check of your site. You then choose a package and we document, secure and monitor everything from day one. There is no setup fee.

How is it priced?

A fixed monthly fee per user, with a site option for the office network, agreed in writing after the free IT check. Ask and we return a proposal for your users and sites.

What happens if we leave?

You own your passwords, documentation and accounts and receive a full handover. We keep clients by doing the work well, not by holding their keys.
