Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the products and services provided by Sanarise Intelligent Systems, LLC, trading as Sanarise Syria (“Sanarise”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, requesting a quotation, or engaging us to supply products or provide services, you (the “client”) agree to these terms as supplemented by the specific quotation or agreement for your project.

1. Scope

Sanarise Syria is a technology provider: we supply and support communications (Motorola), video security and access control (Avigilon), enterprise servers, software licensing, Odoo ERP, and IT equipment. These terms cover both your use of this website and any engagement in which you ask us to supply products or provide services. This website is not an online store — there is no cart or instant checkout, and nothing on it constitutes a binding offer to sell at a fixed price.

2. Inquiries and quotations

Engagements are scoped per project by quotation. When you make an inquiry, we prepare a quotation based on the products, services, sites, and requirements you describe. A quotation is an estimate based on that scope; changes to scope may change the price and timeline. A quotation is not a binding offer and does not create a contract until it is confirmed in writing by both parties. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, or otherwise for a reasonable time from the date of issue.

3. Product supply and third-party manufacturers

Products such as Motorola communications equipment and Avigilon video security and access control are supplied through authorised distribution channels. The manufacturers' own product terms, specifications, and warranties apply to their products, and we pass those warranties through to you where applicable. We are not the manufacturer of these products and do not extend or replace the manufacturer's warranty. Product availability, lead times, and specifications may change and are confirmed at the time of order.

4. Software licensing

Where we supply software licences — including, among other lines, Odoo licensing and support — those licences are governed by the relevant software vendor's own licence terms. The client is responsible for using licensed software lawfully and in accordance with the vendor's terms, including for the number of users, devices, or deployments licensed. We supply and support licences but do not vary the vendor's terms.

5. Client responsibilities

Successful supply and support depend on the client's cooperation. You agree to provide, in good time, the access, information, decisions, and sign-off we need to progress the work, and to use the products and software supplied lawfully and as intended. Delays in providing these may affect the timeline and cost.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website — including text, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by Sanarise or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our permission. Trademarks and product names referenced on this site, including those of manufacturers we work with, remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others. We may restrict or withdraw access to the website where necessary to protect it or its users.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis for general information. We take care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free. We deliver our products and services with professional care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the amounts paid to us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Syrian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable Syrian law, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Damascus, Syria.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The terms in force at the time of an engagement, together with the applicable quotation or agreement, govern that engagement.
