1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Sanarise Intelligent Systems, LLC, trading as Sanarise Syria (“Sanarise”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with our website sanarise.com.sy and the technology products and services we provide — communications (Motorola), video security and access control (Avigilon), enterprise servers, software licensing, Odoo ERP, and IT equipment, together with their supply and support.
We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our registered details are: Sanarise Intelligent Systems, LLC (trading as Sanarise Syria), Al-Salihiyah, Sham Hotel Complex, Floor 1, Office 8, Damascus, Syria (TIN 211000045905).
We handle personal data responsibly and in line with applicable data-protection principles and applicable Syrian law. We do not claim certification or formal compliance with any specific foreign data-protection regime for our company, although some of the hosting and server infrastructure we rely on is EU-based and is handled under appropriate safeguards (see section 7).
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information we need to respond to you and deliver our products and services:
- Inquiry form: your name, organisation, email address, the product or service area you are interested in, and the details of your message or inquiry.
- Email and correspondence: the content of any emails or messages you send us, and our replies.
- Website analytics and cookies: if analytics are enabled, limited technical data such as pages viewed and approximate region, used to understand how the site is used. See section 5.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website, and we ask that you do not send it to us unsolicited.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and correspondence;
- prepare and send quotations and proposals;
- provide, supply, and support the technology products and services you engage us for;
- maintain our business records; and
- understand and improve how our website performs.
4. Legal basis and consent
When you submit our inquiry form, or email us, you do so voluntarily and consent to us using your details to respond and to progress your inquiry. Where we supply products or provide services under an agreement, we process the necessary data to perform that agreement. We also process limited data to meet our legitimate business and record-keeping needs and any legal obligations under applicable Syrian law.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website is designed to be lightweight and does not rely on advertising trackers. If website analytics are enabled, they may use cookies or similar technology to collect aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so does not affect your ability to browse the site.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, our email and website hosting providers — and, where relevant to fulfilling your order, the relevant manufacturers and authorised distributors (for example Motorola or Avigilon) needed to supply and support the products you have engaged us for. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service or fulfil your order.
7. International transfers
Some of the infrastructure we rely on — including EU-based hosting and server infrastructure — processes data on servers located outside Syria. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data continues to be handled under appropriate safeguards and in line with applicable data-protection principles.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected — to respond to your inquiry, supply and support your products and services, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
9. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete; or
- delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. For more detail on how we protect client data and systems, see our Data Security page.
11. Children
Our products and services are business-to-business and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here.
